Gregory House, located on our Moreton Road Campus, consists of a block of six modern, self-catering flats.

Gregory House external view These modern flats are fully equipped with a cooker, electric hob (not induction), washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, so you do not have to bring these items with you. You will need to bring your own towels, cooking equipment, cutlery, glassware and crockery with you, or you can pre-order it all from UniKitOut, to be delivered to the university before you arrive. You will also need bedding, so don’t forget to check the size of the bed in your room. The ensuite and large rooms have 4ft/122cm small double beds and therefore will require double bedding. All other rooms will require bedding to fit a single bed. A vacuum cleaner is provided for everyone to share.

Communal areas are cleaned daily (Monday to Friday) excluding Public Holidays.

Off street parking is available and all students should park in a safe and considerate manner at all times.

Ensuite bedrooms

4ft/122cm small double beds and feature a contemporary ensuite bathroom

Large bedrooms

These are generous in size and feature a 4ft/122cm small double bed

Medium bedrooms

These rooms are similar in size to those you would find in our Halls of Residence. They have single beds.

Small bedrooms

These are our ‘super saver’ rooms, offering the lowest price in our student accommodation. If you are on a tight budget and aren’t bringing a lot of personal belongings with you to university, these could be the rooms for you.
